You can enroll at any time, regardless of your baby’s age. However, I generally recommend this workshop for parents with babies aged 4 to 8 months. While it’s advised to wait until 6 months to introduce solids, educating yourself before this milestone can be highly beneficial.
Ideally, starting this course around 4-5 months of age is recommended, as most babies are ready for solids by 6 months. However, if your baby is 7, 8, 9, 10, or even 12 months old and hasn’t started on a variety of finger foods, this course is perfect for you. It will guide you on how to serve finger foods safely. If your child is over 10 months and you’re already offering finger foods but struggling with eating habits or picky eating, you might also benefit from my Peaceful Mealtimes online course.
You have lifetime access! Watch and rewatch the course as many times as you like, and use it for your second or third child as well.
Absolutely! This entire course is priced at less than one private session with a dietitian. The comprehensive information and care provided in this course would typically equate to over $1,500 worth of counseling and resources. My goal is to make this invaluable guidance accessible to as many parents as possible, so I’ve priced it affordably.
The course takes about 2-3 weeks in total. The best part is that all lessons are divided into 15-minute segments or less, making it easy to fit in a quick learning session between naps, while your baby plays, or after bedtime. You can pick up right where you left off and re-watch lessons as many times as you need!
It’s completely normal to feel this way, but understanding the difference between gagging and choking is crucial. The course covers detailed explanations, including what to do in each scenario and the mechanism behind gagging. You'll learn how to handle these situations confidently.
